The Episcopal Church welcomes all who worship Jesus Christ. The Episcopal Church is a member province of the worldwide Anglican Communion. The mission of the church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer’s catechism (p. 855), is "to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ."

Mission Statement
To be “sowers of peace,” so imbued with the Spirit of Jesus that we become instruments of God’s peace and sow that peace through acts of love, forgiveness, faith, hope, and joy.
Parish Shield
First established in 1929, the Church of the Prince of Peace seeks to become so imbued with the Spirit of Jesus that we become instruments of His peace and sow that peace through acts of love, forgiveness, faith, hope, and joy. Our mission is illustrated in our Coat of Arms by the CROSS, a symbol of Christ, the Prince of Peace; the OLIVE BRANCH, a symbol of peace, and the DOVE, a symbol of the Holy Spirit.
